Lykke Home is a company registered in Slovakia. We ship from warehouses in Poland and Ukraine.

In case of international delivery the customer pays the total cost of the product and the cost of delivery at the checkout. Before placing an order please make sure you are aware of all the terms and regulations regarding customs clearance in your country.

The dispatch of items with international delivery can be delayed for no more then 14 days from the moment of placing the order at the request of the client.


We are not responsible for any post office delays once the package leaves its warehouse.
We do not ship to russia and belarus.

We will work quickly to ship your order as soon as possible. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with further information. Delivery times vary depending on your location.

Where are your products manufactured?

Our products are manufactured both locally and globally. We carefully select our manufacturing partners to ensure our products are high quality and a fair value.

Exchange and return conditions

Create return
If you wish to make a return, please log onto our return portal using your e-mail and order number. Mark the products you want to return and follow the instructions. 


Right of cancellation
You can return an item within 30 days of receiving it. You cannot cancel your purchase by refusing to pick it up or by not accepting it upon delivery. You can, however, cancel your purchase by returning it within 30 days.


Return shipping costs
If you wish to make a full or partial return, the standard return shipping cost and other fees associated with the return must be paid by you. The standard return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund when we have registered your return. Make sure to wrap the item securely as you carry the risk until we receive the item. We recommend you use track & trace.

Return rules
The item must be in a 100% resalable condition. If we determine that the returned item has been damaged or its value has been decreased, this will be deducted from the total refund. The original packaging must be intact. Please note that we do not receive returns for parcel shops, post office or via DAO.


Refund
You will be refunded to your original method of payment.

You will receive a confirmation via e-mail when we have registered your return. Please note that it can take up to 14 days for the amount to be refunded. If you have not received the refund after 14 days, please send an e-mail to our customer service.
