Return Policy

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition you received them.

How to Return

Email us at hello@lykke-home.com with your order number and reason for return. We will confirm your return and provide the return address.

Right of cancellation

You can return an item within 30 days of receiving it. You cannot cancel your purchase by refusing to pick it up or by not accepting it upon delivery. You can, however, cancel your purchase by returning it within 30 days.

Return shipping costs

If you wish to make a full or partial return, the return shipping cost must be paid by you. Make sure to wrap the item securely as you carry the risk until we receive it. We recommend using tracked shipping.

Return rules

The item must be in 100% resalable condition. If the returned item is damaged or its value has decreased, this will be deducted from the total refund. The original packaging must be intact.

Refund

You will be refunded to your original method of payment. Please allow up to 14 days for the amount to be refunded after we register your return.

International Shipping

USA & Canada 14-21 days

EU 7-14 days

Rest of the world 21-28 days


In case of international delivery the customer pays the total cost of the product and the cost of delivery at the checkout. Before placing an order please make sure you are aware of all the terms and regulations regarding customs clearance in your country.

The dispatch of items with international delivery can be delayed for no more then 14 days from the moment of placing the order at the request of the client.


We are not responsible for any post office delays once the package leaves its warehouse.
We do not ship to russia and belarus.

Exchange and return conditions

Create return
If you wish to make a return, please log onto our return portal using your e-mail and order number. Mark the products you want to return and follow the instructions.
