Send a photo to hello@lykke-home.com within 48 hours of delivery — we replace or refund. Every fixture also carries a 12-month warranty against manufacturing faults.
How do I track my order?
When your order ships, you'll get a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link. You can also follow it any time from your order status page(linked in your order emails). Questions - hello@lykke-home.com.

Shipping is free over €99; under that, a flat fee you'll see at checkout.

All taxes and shipping are included—you pay exactly what you see, nothing extra on arrival.
We are not responsible for any post office delays once the package leaves its warehouse.
We do not ship to russia and belarus.
Returns & exchanges
30 days to return, unused and in its original packaging. To start a return or exchange, email hello@lykke-home.com. Refunds go to your original payment method once we receive the item.

Right of cancellation
You can return an item within 30 days of receiving it. You cannot cancel your purchase by refusing to pick it up or by not accepting it upon delivery. You can, however, cancel your purchase by returning it within 30 days.
Return shipping costs
If you wish to make a full or partial return, the standard return shipping cost and other fees associated with the return must be paid by you. The standard return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund when we have registered your return. Make sure to wrap the item securely as you carry the risk until we receive the item. We recommend you use track & trace.
Return rules
The item must be in a 100% resalable condition. If we determine that the returned item has been damaged or its value has been decreased, this will be deducted from the total refund. The original packaging must be intact.
Refund
You will be refunded to your original method of payment.
You will receive a confirmation via e-mail when we have registered your return. Please note that it can take up to 14 days for the amount to be refunded. If you have not received the refund after 14 days, please send an e-mail to our customer service.
